Great location by the quiet beach and views of the bay. Clean hotel facilities and comfortable bed. Breakfast was simple but good. Helpful concierge.
Nothing to fault.

The appartments are nice, although not all look like in the photos. The beach is great and sundowners at the beach bar are wonderful. The sea is nice, although not steep. You get an umbrella reserved for your stay. There are many nice restaurants nearby which you can visit with some minutes car ride only. Lovely Vieste is worth 2 or 3 visits!
Not all at this location is really 5 star standard. The service at breakfast was ok after some complaints but in the beginning we did not find a served table and had to drink out of plastic cups. After some complaints this was ok, but i am not sure this will stay like this. There is no fitness room, although there should be one following the description. Everyting needs to be paid extra, what sucks if you pay a lot for the stay. Dinner quality is ok, but not delicious.

Delightful room overlooking beach which was only 40 meters away. Excellent a la carte restaurant with meals of a high standard. The staff really worked together to assist us in ordering meals (as we had limited Italian and they had limited English).
The room did not have any Information on the resort and its facilities. Our suggestion to place something in the rooms in perhaps a couple of languages did not seem to be taken on board. It would have enhanced our stay as it was hard to work out what the facilities were and what and how we were entitled to use them. For example we "guessed" that the voucher we had been given was for use of the gazebo on the beach, but did not know that we were supposed to book a specific gazebo for the day with the Beach facilities manager - we were somewhat embarrasssed when asked to leave a vacant gazebo we had selected. A further issue was that there is nothing on bookin.com or the Hotel's web site to advise that this Hotel is not fully stand alone - on the site are in fact 3 Hotels (including Le Dune Hotel Suites) part of the Gusmay group.

This luxurious hotel exceeded all my expectations! They fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs such as a Spa & wellness centre, swimming pools, beach access and live entertainment. the room advantages were exceptional with private facilities and a beautiful garden area. the restaurant offered delicious food with special diet menus. the location advantages were huge, with amazing views of the sea perfect for a relaxing vacation.
There was a minor issue with the service at the restaurant. the staff seemed a bit disorganized, and it took longer than expected to receive our meals.

The location was great, just steps away from a stunning beach. And, the Christmas decorations were lovely, adding a festive touch to the atmosphere.
The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which put a damper on our holiday experience. the food was lackluster and expensive, and the amenities were not up to par with what we expected for the price.

The location was beautiful. Our original room was very nice. There was one waiter (a George Clooney lookalike) who was the only person who spoke and understood English well. He offered to be a go-between for us and the management, who did not have a good command of English.
I am a handicapped person; this is not a facility for the handicapped. To register, a guest had to park in a parking lot and then walk a distance to the registration building. Because of the lack of fluency in languages other than Italian, I would say that this is a lovely resort for Italians, but not for people who don't speak Italian.

Considerably good service at the beach `a La Carte' restaurant! Top kitchen chef and delicous Italian dishes! Restaurant service staff get extra compliments from us. Immaculate attendance. Congratulations...
Co-ordination and co-operation of reception services are rather weak and inconsiderate! For baggage transfer had to run after them, call them and wait for a long time which at the end we had to carry the whole stuff to the car park ourselves.Disappointing, actually...

Enjoyed the private beach and tranquil ambience of this seaside property. The spacious swimming pool and well-kept surroundings were an added advantage. The complimentary shuttle service made it easy to travel around the area.
The breakfast selection was limited and chaotic. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable. The room decor was outdated and could benefit from modernisation.

The hotel is located on a remote quiet beach, perfect for relaxation. the spacious rooms are clean and well-furnished with a fridge and AC. the service is helpful, and guests receive free chips, olives, and bruschetta with drinks in the afternoon. the Italian breakfast is sufficient, and the coffee is excellent. Guests have access to free internet. the hotel is located between Peschici and Vieste that offers access to many pizzerias and supermarkets.
Sometimes the beach area can be crowded, and on one occasion, the beach bar only offered sparkling water.
